Microplastics are now recognised as emerging contaminants that accumulate in aquatic organisms, enter food chains, and pose potential risks to ecosystem services and public health.
The National Conference on "One Health Approaches to Microplastic Pollution and Aquatic Sustainability" aims to bring together leading academicians, researchers, industry experts, and students to discuss monitoring, risk assessment, ecological impacts, remediation strategies, circular economy approaches, and policy interventions.
This conference focuses on the potential application of algae in bioremediation of microplastic contamination and future policy frameworks. The event features keynote lectures, technical sessions, and oral and poster presentations.
Submit original research papers in any of the following thematic areas.
Distinguished academicians and scientists sharing expertise across microplastics, algology, marine science, and environmental biotechnology.
